Detailed Product Description

Every wire harness is produced by Gamma 333PC fully automatic crimping machine according to IPC-A-620 workmanship standard and assembled together using assembly board according to customers' specifications. The maximum length of each cable shall not exceed 10 meters and there is not restriction on the number of connector and number of cable.

Cable can be UL, CSA, CCC or VDE approved cable. Normal PVC insulated, low smoke halogen free and halogen free cable are available. Sizes of cable range from 28AWG to 10AWG.

Wire terminal and connector can be Amp, Molex, Stocko, T & B, JST, JAE, etc. according to customers' specifications. Any changes in the brand shall be approved by customer. Equivalent to branded terminal and connector also available subject to customers' approval.

Control plan, PFMEA and PFD will be produced and approved by customers when requested.
